The lingering questions about this continue!!

Are we still looking for a teaching pastor? Yes.
Are we going to look for a youth pastor? Yes.

Will the whole student ministry change when we hire another one? No.

Some of it will, he or she has got to be able to flex their creative muscle. But the Life Group/D-Group relational based ministry path that we’ve chosen as a CHURCH is not negotiable. The reproducing and empowering of student leaders and all the risks therein is not negotiable. Cross-cultural missions is not negotiable. But God will bring the fit.

Can we afford to pay that many staff? How much can we depend on you for the upcoming year?

Will you (Grant) still play Xbox with us? Absolutely. I’m not joining a monastery! However, my new addiction is Links 2004. Had to go on a Halo 2 fast for a bit…

Why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near? Just like me, they longed to be close to you.

Okay, I haven’t been asked that one…yet.

What about the blog?

Ahhhhhhh, yes. This wonderful little blog. Stu’s Rants….what to do with it?
I would love to start a new blog with moveable type or something that I could file my blog entries in categories but don’t have the disk space or the money to do that….

Any ideas?
