In light of the recent news, I have got TWO major decisions to make.
1. The blog.
Should I keep it or pass it on to the next youth pastor, therefore from now until Jesus comes back, Stu’s Rants would be the venting mechanism of Grace Student Ministry? (By the way, I always wanted to call us MSG - Minstery to Students at Grace, then we could always advertise “We’ve GOT MSG!!!”)
I sorta like the idea of having a new blog, but will all both of my readers go to a new site??
2. My signature on emails. Right now I sign them -

Keep the blog! It is mostly the views and opinions of you, not Grace Student Ministry. It is Grant shaped. I don’t think it would change very much no matter what your job is.

I agree with Tom. You can start a new one if you want, but no need to turn this over to someone else…even though that would be an interesting experiment.

These changes should only be made after 40 days of prayer and fasting, 15 committee meetings, a white paper delineating the pros and cons of all options, and finally a 2/3 majority vote in favor of the proposed change.
P.S. As one of the two readers, I say you keep the blog, but you can change the name…I still like G-Rants.

keep the blog! i didnt even realize this site was about student ministry… its more about you and life and all that jazz… theres no real reason to discontinue it! where else would i turn for my daily dose of american inspiration?

ps. do you play madden on that xbox of yours? because if you do, i challenge you to an online game (can you play xbox online?.. if not, get a ps2). madden rules. and i rule at madden.
