What in the heck is “foul-hooking”?!

Cat - ‘foul-hooking’ means you didn’t set the hook in the mouth. Sometimes you’ll hook a fin or something else and that wouldn’t count as ‘catching’ the fish for the record.
Row and I, however, count foul hooks. If you are ‘talented’ enough to foul hook a fish - it counts!
