I got my computer back. Today. I sent it to Dell on Monday, got it back this morning and it’s working like a charm. It was NOT under warranty. The DID NOT charge me overnight shipping.
They just did it. They told me standard wait time was 12-15 days. I said, is there any way to speed that up? The guy said, yes - allow me to connect you directly with the courier company. I arranged a pick-up and they returned it this morning.
Outstanding. Completely outstanding. Kudos to Dell.
