We just finished the Run for Their Lives 5k family ‘fun’ run.
(Pause for laughter)
And we forgot our camera.
Cooper did awesome. We went with the Singletons and Robert Upshaw and his kids. It was in fact fun, lots of laughing and screaming and running and sweating.
I did my exercise for the month. Are you proud?
