This talks about the need for constant, vulnerable communication for an executive team in a business to function well. If you are in charge/responsible for leading any kinds of meetings - this is a must read.

Implementation is the problem. It takes time to build that level of trust with adults in the corporate world. So many of us are so jaded and untrusting it isn’t funny. I may try to do something like this with my team here…we’ll see.
