College Football Saturday

I think the Pac-10 is overrated.

I think Tennessee isn’t as great as they looked on Saturday, but they are definitely on the way back to where they were.

I think Auburn is underrated. They are going to absolutely destroy teams this year…including my beloved Alabama.

I think Arkansas might as well start all those freshman because their upperclassmen (minus Johnson) don’t have a clue.

I think USC is overrated. They only reason they hung 50 on Arkansas is because the Razorback offense is allergic to the football.

I think Notre Dame is overrated. They’ll lose before September is over.

I think Texas and Ohio St. next weekend IS the national championship game.

I think college football is AWESOME!!

    Amen! I cannot wait to watch my horns play next Saturday! I am also waiting with much glee for Notre Dame to lose a game and anticipate it to be soon. So glad to have my favorite Saturday activity back.

    SEC will be fun this year with LSU, Auburn, FLA and GA. Next weekend PSU-ND game will help to determine how good both program are. Can OSU revenge that home loss from last year that TX hung on them? I’m one that wants to find out.

    Ah, and the Hogs (sigh). I’m with G. Let the kids play. The game still look like it’s fun for them. Johnson played okay….but he didn’t make anything happen either.

    Agree about Tennessee, USC and ND. TN will clearly have a better year, but they won’t be contending for a national championship just yet. I hate Auburn and they play nobody away from home. I’m hoping for another undefeated 3rd place finish for them (i.e. 2004). And I’m sure everyone on talk radio here tomorrow will be calling for Mustain to start the rest of the year.

    I was at the Hog game. Hog offense is terrible. I couldn’t tell if Malzahn or Nutt was calling the plays. Ohio State has an inexperienced defense this year and the game is in Austin. HOOK ‘EM!
