I’m answering the phone this week and someone asks for the “owner of your business.”
I paused…”Well, God owns us but he doesn’t exactly office here.”
Silence on the other end. Finally - “Is the owner there?”
“God technically is here everyday. We are a church, so He owns us and yes, you can talk to him but you won’t need the phone…”
That’s when I noticed the dial tone.
