Alright guys…the long awaited picks.
I think Baltimore is the weakest strongest team in the AFC. Does that make sense? I like their defense. I like the stability of McNair but it’s not an explosive “look up at the scoreboard and they’ve got 31″ kind of offense. The Colts do but haven’t exactly played that way lately.
The “hate” between the franchises - makes for a great intro on the game but won’t translate on the field as well. Game could go either way but….
In the upset - I’m taking the Colts.
I’ll post the rest during the Colts game…

I’m glad to see you’ve come to your senses…..and before the kickoff to boot.

I’m taking the Ravens…Manning’s awesome and can light it up. But the Ravens have a dependable running game, a good QB, a solid defense (especially in the secondary), and a smart coach. That’s everything you need to beat the Colts.
27-17…Ravens.

Good call Grant! I’ve been telling people that I thought the Ravens were over hyped (not over rated, over hyped.) In other words, everyone was concentrating on their strengths and ignoring their weaknesses.
However, I did not go out on a limb and predict a Colts win because I didn’t know if the D would show up two games in a row. I’ll call it a late Christmas present.
