Enter two different plugins that came out YESTERDAY!! (By the way, if you have Wordpress – just glance at your dashboard every now and then. There are some wonderful updates in that section from all over the world – plugins, themes, updates.)

Top Post by Category
Great plugin. You can use it to rank your post by comments OR by views/visits. The only problem with it – can’t do both categories at the same time. The “management” of this plugin is awesome. Wish every plugin did it this way.

Comment Analysis
Enter this plugin. This plugin will do about everything you could ever need. So I use this plugin for popularity by Comments, the total number of comments on blog – use the other one for popularity by visits.

Great plugins – ditched Popularity Contest as a result.
