There is no way that 1.1 seconds elapsed from the moment the Memphis State player hit the ball and it went out of bounds.
Pathetic. The only two people who couldn’t figure that out were the referees.

I thought it was correct. Replay showed the ball hit the floor inbounds and then bounced out. From the time it was touched until it hit something out of bounds, it was probably close to a second, although maybe not a full 1.1. However, I still wondered if the whistle blew before it hit out of bounds. If that’s the case, I don’t know how they should rule it. Regardless, there’s no guarantee they score win an extra second anyway.
I thought the bad call was on the last foul. The A&M player brushed the guys chest, but nothing that affected the shot at all. That was a pretty weak call at that point in the game. That call isn’t made very often in that situation.
Nevertheless, I don’t think either play robbed them. Acie Law makes a layup in that final minute, they might have won.

Good call. Review the tape. Even tho I hated it. I can’t stand Calapari. Maybe a good coach/recruiter, but one of the biggest jackasses in college ball.
What about the Tubster going to Minn? Who saw that coming? Not I!
