For the last two days I have heard nothing but how awful this weekend was going to be, how we were going to be buried in snow, and how life would shut down. We were going to get 10-12 inches of snow. Delta and United canceled some 20 flights out of DIA.

Right now - there isn’t a single snowflake on the ground. We will probably get 3 to 4 inches tonight but that’s normal.

Gotta love the National Weather Service.

On the positive side - the suicide watch for Ray has been called off! (We love you, Ray!!!)

It’s funny that they can’t predict the weather two days away… but they are certain of how hot the earth will be in hundred years.

G - know what you mean. Got the same thing here in L.A., but with rain. Supposed to be pouring this morning. Rain? Notta, nothing, zilch. Not a drop. Of course you know as soon as I post this the skies will unload.

Of course Grant - had they been right - well then. No flakes for you? What is that melting in my driveway this Saturday morning then? Styrofoam?

Next time - a bunch of us won’t say a word, nor loan you our tractors or snow blowers. We’ll just be sitting back, smiling and thinking, wow - it really did happen just as they said - as it did three consecutive times in a row this past December …

    Or did you forget that?

Suicide watch?? I was ready with two full seasons of 24 to go through. :)

Why all the hysteria over the global warming junk science? Here we are with society worrying about the weather 50 years from now, and they can’t even get the weekend forecast righ.

It is funny that everyone is talking about Global warming and it snowed in Arkansas last weekend. It is APRIL and we had temps in the 30-40’s for two weekends in a row. It was 17 degrees last weekend. That is Colorado weather, not Arkansas. Global warming…I think not.

Actually, GB gets all the blame. It was Clinton/Gore who screwed everything up, we are just now seeing the effects of it all….

    [look of confusion on face]
How can politicians mess up the weather?

Never mind - please don’t answer that question…I couldn’t handle that much laughter.
