Let’s get the record straight so that all of you will quit calling my cell phone concerning/trash talking about the Broncos.
The Broncos suck.
They are a bad football team.
They are 32 seconds away from being 0-5.
When you can’t tackle or hold on to the football, you’re going to lose a lot of games.
When you can’t score touchdowns, you’re going to lose a lot of games by large amounts.
The only encouraging light at the end of this tunnel is this - they’re not crucifying each other in the media. Shanahan said it was his fault. The players are saying it’s their fault. We’ll see if that continues throughout the season when we will watch the Broncos finish below .500.
That’s right. I called the Florida blowing out Ohio State last year. I called the Rockies sweep. I called the D’backs in the NLCS. I’m calling it now - the Broncos will finish below .500.
First, they just lost Tom Nalen for the year. They’ll lose Travis Henry for the year. Then they actually have to play games.
Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Chicago, San Diego, Kansas City (twice) all loom ahead. They do play Houston, Minnesota, and Oakland so finishing 5-11 is a distinct possibility.

i called those things too, so what does that say about me and you???? haha. im actually surprised (being outside of colorada probly contributes to that) that the broncos are struggling, but it looks like their defense that was really good not too long ago has gotten old, slower and lost some players.
im not giving up on cutler but he looked awful yesterday. im just wondering if maybe you guys should have kept jake plummer around. he really wasnt that bad and he led you to the afc title game a couple years ago.

Keep Jake Plummer around?? Yeah…because that would help. Just what we need is a few left handed throws from the end zone to the opposing team. How quickly we forget…

I’ll take Cutler any day.
Cutler’s decisions were from a QB who was trying to make things happen because his team was getting blown out.
Plummer’s decisions were…unexplainable.
The problem goes back to tackling and holding on to the ball. And yes - the D is old and slower and we lost Al Wilson - a huge loss for the defense.
